PROPERTY ACQUISITION

By leveraging long-standing relationships and scouring property databases, we identify properties that fit our criteria, which include opportunities where we can locate the funding for the cleanups.

We purchase properties that have been impacted by environmental contamination and where the party that caused the contamination is either solvent or had adequate historical CGL insurance to fund the cleanup and address long-tail liabilities.

By acquiring the property, we’re able to oversee the cleanup and property development.

PROPERTY REMEDIATION

We work with select environmental consultants that provide guaranteed fixed-fee remediation agreements.

Our experts evaluate the environmental due diligence and determine the cost to clean up.

We manage the site investigation and remediation activities to clean up the property and obtain regulatory closure while working in parallel with developers.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

We partner with municipalities and developers to obtain the property entitlements for the future development.

Through public and private partnerships, we are able to clean up blight that has adversely effected the redevelopment of cities and towns.
